failed to open /dev/vboxnetctl: No such file or directory
結論
Macのアップデートによる再起動直後にvagrant upすると駄目なので、もう一度再起動するとうまくいく。
経緯
Macをアップデートした直後にvagrant upすると毎回表題のエラーに見舞われる。
