当社は、常にお客様がご自身のデータを管理し、お客様との契約に従ってそのデータを処理することを主張してきました。さらに、お客様のサービス利用をサポートするために正当な理由がない限り、当社はお客様のデータを見ることはありませんし、見ることもできません。その場合でも、お客様の許可がある場合のみに行います。
これらの取り組みに加えて、AI/ML 開発では、お客様から提供されたデータをお客様の許可なく当社のモデルをトレーニングするために使用することはありません。

デフォルトでは、Google Cloud は基盤モデルのトレーニングに顧客データを使用しません。お客様は、プロンプト、レスポンス、アダプタ モデルのトレーニング データが基盤モデルのトレーニングに使用されないことを認識した上で、Google Cloud の基盤モデルを使用できます。

(ii) Storage for Debugging and Testing. Customer acknowledges that it is reasonably necessary for Google to store prompts, contextual information that Customer may provide, and Generated Output for thirty (30) days for the purposes of creating Grounded Results and Search Suggestions, and since such information is being stored, Customer instructs Google that the stored information can be used for debugging and testing of systems that support Grounding with Google Search.
(ii) デバッグおよびテストのための保存。お客様は、Google が Grounded Results および検索候補を作成するためにプロンプト、お客様が提供するコンテキスト情報、および生成された出力を 30 日間保存することが合理的に必要であることを認め、かかる情報が保存されるため、お客様は Google に対し、保存された情報を Google 検索で Grounding をサポートするシステムのデバッグおよびテストに使用できることを指示するものとします。
データはデバッグやテストの目的でのみ短期間保存されるを許容するかは企業次第。
(iii) Guidelines. The Client Application Guidelines apply to the Customer’s use of Grounding with Google Search. For purposes of the Client Application Guidelines, Customer Applications that are using Grounding with Google Search are considered Approved Applications.

Important: If you receive Google Search Suggestions with a response, that response is a "Grounded Result" subject to the Grounding with Google Search terms in the Service Terms section of the Service Specific Terms. To use Google Search Suggestions, see Use Google Search Suggestions.
Google検索候補を出す際は、検索結果の直リンクはだめ。
Do:
Display the Search Suggestion exactly as provided without any modifications while complying with the Display Requirements below.
Take users directly to the Google Search results page (SRP) when they interact with the Search Suggestion.
Don't:
Include any interstitial screens or additional steps between the user's tap and the display of the SRP
Display any other search results or suggestions alongside the Search Suggestion or associated grounded LLM response.
