OpenAIのVerify Organizationで「本人確認ができませんでした」を解決したい

に記載されている通り、Verify Organization を進めていきます。

を別タブで開いて、

  1. ID(マイナンバーカード)
  2. 顔認証(左右上下を動かすやつ)

を完了すると「本人確認ができませんでした」というエラーメッセージが表示されました。

「本人確認が完了できませんでした。サポートに連絡してください。」とのことなので、OpenAIのサポートに連絡することにします。

OpenAIのチャットサポートへ問い合わせたところ、以下のようなテンプレート(?)メッセージの返信があったのみで、その後は音沙汰が無い状況。
