UnityのHotReloadのライセンス認証でエラーが出る問題

エラー内容

コンソールに以下がでるとき

[HotReload] Licensing failed with exception DeviceNotLicensedException: An active device matching the hardware_id not found.

もしくは、HotReloadのウィンドウに以下が出るとき

Another device is using your license. Please reach out to customer support for assistance,

自分でできること

ローカルのライセンフォルダを削除して試す。

Windows: %LocalAppData%\LicenseSpring
Mac: /Users/ <current-user>/.local/share/LicenseSpring/ 

自分でやってダメなとき管理者にお願いすること

LicenseSpring（ライセンス管理サイト）から当該ユーザーの3点リーダをクリックし、Reset total activationsを押して貰う。
