[BUG] Slack で emoji 絵文字 が追加できない

2023-08-15 現在、Slack の管理画面から emoji を追加しても、Slackのアプリから使えない事象が発生しているようです。
サポートに問い合わせましたが、まだバグはfixされていないとのことです。。。

As of August 15, 2023, even if you add emojis from the Slack management screen, it seems that they cannot be used from the Slack app. I contacted support, but they said the bug has not been fixed yet.
