Read and write and Direct messageにチェックを入れて適当に済ます。
OAuth 2.0のClient IDが出てくるのでメモ。

APIキーの取得

・API Key
・API Secret
・Bearer Token
・Access Token
・Access Secret

Keys and tokensからAPIを取得します。
