Tableau Serverのライセンスが勝手に消えたので対処

現象は、tableau serverのWeb管理画面へログインしようとすると以下のエラー

Tableau Server is unlicensed. For help, contact your Tableau Server administrator.

まずは、ライセンスが有効化をportalで確認。
https://customer-portal.tableau.com/

→有効。十分有効期限がある。

tableau serverにログインしてライセンスを見てみる。

$ tsm licenses list
No licenses are currently activated.

何故か消えてる。

仕方がないから、今まで使っていたライセンスキーでアクティベートしてみる。

$ tsm licenses activate -k xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

License key activated.
Updated licensing details are being applied across server.
$ tsm licenses list
Number of product keys: 1
KEY                       TYPE         CREATOR      EXPLORER     VIEWER       DATA MANAGEMENT           GUEST ACCESS LIC EXP      MAINT EXP    UPDATABLE    LBLM         ADVANCED MANAGEMENT

そして、しばらく待ったけどエラーが解消しない。

$ tsm restart

したら直った。意味不明。後日サポートへ問い合わせるかな。。。

このスクラップは5ヶ月前にクローズされました
