flutter_launcher_iconsを使ってみる
Overview
Flutterでアプリiconを変えるには、StoryBoardとxmlの設定をいじる必要がありますが、面倒臭いのでパッケージを使えば簡単にできるのでご紹介します。
画像のサイズですが、私が使ったもの縦横のサイズが500pxのものでした。
summary
プロジェクトを作成したら、📁assetsフォルダを作成して、iconフォルダ作らなくても良いですが、公式は作ってたので作成しました。
パスは、assets/icon/になりますね。
pubspec.yamlにパッケージと設定を追加します。

iconを生成するコマンドを実行する。
flutter pub run flutter_launcher_icons:main
もしホーム画面のアプリiconが変わらない場合は、アプリを一度削除してビルドすると良いとのことです。私もこの辺がどんな仕組みになってるかは理解できてません🙇
ホーム画面はこんな感じです
Androidだと、丸の中に四角い画像が入っているので白の余白が気になってしまいます。何か設定が必要みたいですね。xmlの設定をいじるときに、丸の画像を使ったときは余白ができずにいい感じで収まりました。

アプリのiconはないと見た目がカッコよくないですし多分アプリの審査でも通らない😅
