Next.jsの本番環境用Dockerイメージを作ろう

はじめに

AWSのApp RunnerやGCPのCloud RunにNext.jsをデプロイするためには、Dockerイメージが必要になります。
今回は、デプロイ用のイメージの作成方法を記事にしたいと思います。

イメージの作成

プロジェクト作成

Next.jsのプロジェクトがなければ作成します。

npx create-next-app@latest

next.jsのビルドオプションを変更

アウトプットをスタンドアロンに変更します。
イメージの容量を削減できます。

Dockerファイルの準備

こちらのファイルを参考にDockerファイルを追加します。

作成したDockerfile

package-lock.jsonからnpmのインストールを行うようにしています。
.npmrcがある場合は、npm ciコマンドの前にコピーをするコマンドを追加してください。

イメージのビルド

-tでイメージ名タグ名を指定できます。

docker build . -t next_sample:latest

ローカルで動かしてみる

docker run -p 3000:3000 next_sample:latest

以上でイメージの作成完了です✨
ファイルを更新した場合はその都度イメージのビルドを行います。
