localhostにアクセスするとファイルがダウンロードされてしまう（Docker + Nginx + PHP）

はじめに

下記の記事のような構成でNginxの設定ファイルを色々と変更しているうちに急に http://localhost:8080/ にアクセスすると、Laravelのトップページを表示されず、ファイルがダウンロードされるようになってしまいました。

ダウンロードされる内容は下記でindex.phpの内容でした。

解決方法

私はChromeを使用していたのですが、以下の記事を参考にブラウザキャッシュを削除すると解決しました。

PHPの設定を正常に戻しても一度ダウンロードファイルと認識したブラウザではキャッシュが消えるまで正常に表示できないそうです。
