vscodeのJestでsave時にテスト実行しない

前提

vscodeの拡張機能であるJestではsave時にtestが実行されるが、pcが貧弱だとvscodeが重くなったりして辛い。

setting.jsonに "jest.autoRun": "off" を追加する。
