AWS IoT Device SDK for Swift の開発者プレビューを発表

こちら筆者の環境でサンプルを動かしたものの上手くいかず、機会があればどこかでブログにまとめようと思います。

Amazon Connect Contact Lens でセンチメント分析の有効化/無効化が可能に

  • Amazon Connect Contact Lens において、感情分析機能を有効/無効に切り替えられるようになりました
    • 従来、Contact Lensを利用する際に感情分析のみを無効化することはできなかったのですが、今回のアップデートで感情分析の有効/無効が設定できるようになっています
    • 例えばコンプライアンス要件等がある場合に有用で、感情分析を無効化させた場合でも会話の文字起こし、生成 AI による要約、その他の会話分析機能は引き続き利用できます
  • Amazon Connect Contact LensはAmazon Connectの機能の1つで、Amazon Connectの通話内容を元に会話分析ができるサービスです

AWSドキュメントにGUIのサンプルがあるのですが、Amazon Connectの「Set recording and analytics behavior」ブロックに新しく項目が追加されています。(筆者環境ではうまく再現できず)

Amazon OpenSearch Service で Amazon Q Developer が一般提供開始

  • Opensearch ServiceにてAmazon Q Developerの一般提供が開始されました
  • アップデートの文章を見ると、5つ機能が追加されています
    • 自然言語を使用した可視化の生成
    • ワンステップでのデータ探索機能を備えたインテリジェントなアラート要約
    • Discoverページでのクエリ結果の要約
    • 推奨される異常検知の提案
    • OpenSearch関連の質問専用のAmazon Q Developerチャット

Amazon VPC Route Server の一般提供開始を発表

  • Amazon VPC Route Serverが一般提供開始となりました
    • 例えばEC2サーバー上でアプライアンス(EC2上でアプライアンスのFWを稼働させている等)を動かしているケースで、インターネット宛の通信をすべてアプライアンスを通過させたいケースがあったとします。これまでだとアプライアンス側で障害があった場合、AWS側のルートテーブルを自動切替するような実装を構築必要がありました
    • 今回のアップデートでBGPで経路情報をアプライアンスからVPC Route Serverへ伝搬させることで、動的にルートテーブルの値を変更できるようになっています

Amazon QuickSight でハイライト機能がサポートされました

  • Amazon QuickSightにハイライト機能が追加されました
    • QuickSightの分析設定にインタラクティビティという設定エリアが追加され、ビジュアルハイライトが接敵できるようになっています

  • AWS BackupにてRedshift Serverlessのサポートが開始されました
    • ServerlessでないRedShiftは2022年頃からサポートされています。今回はServerlessが新規に追加されました

Amazon SageMaker で 9 個の新しいビジュアル ETL 変換機能を追加

  • SageMakerにて、9個の変換機能が追加されました
    • Derived column (派生列の作成)
    • Flatten (データの平坦化)
    • Add current timestamp (現在のタイムスタンプ追加)
    • Explode array or map into rows (配列やマップを行に展開)
    • To timestamp (タイムスタンプへの変換)
    • Array to columns (配列を列に変換)
    • Intersect (交差)
    • Limit (制限)
    • Concatenate columns (列の連結)
  • Visual ETLはSagemaker Unified Studioの機能の1つで、GUI上でETLのパイプラインを構築できる機能です

  • AWS Clean Roomsの新機能として、Spark SQLで集計とリストの分析ルールをサポート

    • この機能によりソースデータを公開することなく、Spark SQLによる分析ができるようになります。

  • AWS Clean RoomsはAWSアカウント間でデータを安全に共有する仕組み(データクリーンルーム)を構築するサービス

Amazon Connect でスーパーバイザーが進行中のチャットに対して追加のアクションを実行可能に

  • Amazon Connectのスーパーバイザー向け機能が強化されました
    • 進行中のチャットに対してより多くのアクションが Amazon Connect の UI から直接実行できるようになっています
    • ドキュメントによると下記の3つが追加されています
      • 進行中のContactsを移動させる
      • Contactをリスケジュールさせる
      • Contactsを終了させる

Amazon CloudWatch Application Signals SLO を使用してサービスの依存関係を監視が可能に

  • Amazon CloudWatch Application Signals で、サービスの依存関係を監視するための新機能が追加されました
    • サービス間の依存関係のパフォーマンスを監視し、SLO (Service Level Objectives: サービスレベル目標) を設定して問題を事前に解決できるようになりました

Amazon Q Business ブラウザ拡張機能が全サブスクライバーに利用可能に

  • Amazon Q Businessのブラウザ拡張機能がAmazon Q Business Proユーザー以外の一般ユーザーでも利用可能になりました

Amazon SES の送信 API で添付ファイルをサポート

  • Amazon SESのsendEmail APIにて添付ファイル付きEmail送信をサポートしました
    • 従来はsendRawEmail APIを使う必要があり、ユーザー側で作り込みが必要だったのが必要なくなったというのが大きなポイントになります
