The Myth of Documentation– If someone wants documentation, just hand

However, in most cases, the source code has already been provided.
They just don't know how to open it.

As a result, we end up rewriting the source code itself,
simply to satisfy their demand for "documentation".

This inevitably leads to massive delays in the schedule,
a product full of bugs getting released,
and ourselves getting dragged once again
into an endless battle.

Those who cannot see the structure will always ask for more explanations.
And as long as we keep answering them,
there will be no end to the war.
