How to Resolve "Accessory Needs Power" on Mac [Workaround]

Situation

I use an external display and an external SSD with my MacBook Air.
I was attempting to connect the external SSD after connecting the external display.
The following error message began to appear for the external SSD connected afterward:

Accessory Needs Power
UTE02 from Winstars Technogoly Limited
Connect the accessory to a port that can provide more power.

Solution

Connect the external SSD first; once the SSD is recognized, then connect the external display.

It is unclear why this sequence allows both to work.
Therefore, please consider this strictly as a temporary workaround.

Both the external monitor and the external SSD are being recognized simultaneously.

To anyone who knows why this works:
I would appreciate it if you could share your insights.

Connecting to a 100W AC adapter.
