Adding Shields.io Badges to my GitHub Profile README

I created these badges by referring to Mass-produced technical icons using shields.io - Qiita.

Shields.io logo feature

Shields.io: Quality metadata badges for open source projects
Shields allows you to create badges with customized colors and text.

Example URL for a language badge.
https://img.shields.io/badge/-Vim-019733.svg?logo=vim&style=flat

As documented on shields.io, you can specify "label", "color", "logo", "style", and more.
In the example URL, I specified Vim, #019733, flat, and vim.

For this logo (the logo=hoge part), you can use icons from Simple Icons.
